Gluten and lactose free bread

Ingredients

150 g rice flour
70 g sweet starch
70 g cornstarch
3 eggs
6 g xanthan gum
20 g oil
20 g sugar
7 g salt
170 g vegetable milk
7 g dry yeast

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the rice flour, cornstarch, sweet sprinkles and sugar.

Separate a little of the milk and stir in the yeast, along with 1 teaspoon of rice flour. Leave to activate until it starts to foam.

Add the eggs and milk to the dry ingredients.

Add the activated yeast and mix well. Then add the salt and mix well.

Mix the xanthan gum with the oil and then add it to the other ingredients, stirring until the mixture is smooth.

Add seeds of your choice.

Leave to rest for 1 hour and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
