Mix of nutritious gluten-free flours

120 g brown rice flour (can be regular rice flour)
120 g chickpea flour
120 g potato starch (or cornstarch)
60 g sweet sprinkles
15 g golden linseed flour (grind the linseed in a blender, as ready-made flour can oxidize quickly and leave a bad taste)
8 g xanthan gum (if making bread, optional for other recipes)

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together and place in an airtight jar.

Store in the fridge for 30 da
