CARROTS CAKE

Ingredients

3 eggs – 150 grams
1 and a half cups sugar – 270 grams
¾ cup oil – 150 ml
1 and a half cups chopped carrots – 200 grams
1 and a half cups wheat flour – 205 grams
1 shallow tablespoon of baking powder – 14 grams
½ cup milk chocolate chips or chopped milk chocolate – 85 grams

Chocolate Syrup

1 cup sugar 185 grams
¼ cup butter 50 grams
¼ cup milk 50 grams
1 cup chocolate 140 grams

How to Make

Mix the cake ingredients in a blender and pour the batter into the greased tin. Bake for 35 minutes in 180o.
