CARROT SALAD

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can of corn (170 grams)
  • Green smell to taste
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste

How to Make

On a cutting board, grate the carrot, chop the tomatoes and slice the onion.

In a baking dish, add the carrot, tomato, onion, corn and green smell. Stir well.

Add the mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix everything together until combined.

Season with salt and oregano and store in the fridge before serving.
