How to make
Pass the zucchini through a julienne slicer, discarding only the part with the seeds.
Heat the olive oil and butter in a frying pan and add the onion.
Add the zucchini and sauté over a low heat.
Season with salt and set aside.
Sauce
In a blender, blend the peeled tomatoes.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic clove and onion.
Add the blended tomatoes, salt, sugar and black pepper to taste.
Stir well and when it comes to the boil, add the butter.
Stir again so that the butter melts.
Remove the onion and garlic and serve with the zucchini spaghett
