Fit gluten- and lactose-free spinach pancakes

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/2 cup sweet starch
1/2 cup rice flour
1 cup zero lactose skimmed milk
1 pinch salt
1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and the pasta is ready.

P.S. here at home I make it without spinach, I make about 5 noodles and then add a handful of leaves to the blender and voila, green noodles.

Place a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and spread it all over the bottom with a paper towel. Pour in a ladle of batter.

The filling is up to the taste of the people in the house, use your creativity.
