Gluten-free savory pie

Pasta

3 eggs

1 cup rice flour (you can beat 2 cups of rice in a blender to make rice powder)

1 cup sour sprinkles

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup oil

1 cup milk

1 carton of heavy cream

1 tablespoon baking powder

Filling

1 small onion, chopped or grated

2 cups Calabrian sausage, chopped into very small pieces

2 packets of ready-made tomato sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese

100 g grated prato cheese

How to Make

Put a little oil in a pan and fry the onion
Add the pepperoni and stir while frying for a few minutes
Add the ready-made sauce and bring to the boil
Set aside
In a blender, beat all the ingredients for the dough, leaving the yeast last, once the dough is well mixed
Grease a baking dish with margarine and sprinkle with rice flour
Line the baking dish with some of the dough
Spread the sauce over the pastry and the curd cheese on top.
Pour in the rest of the pastry until everything is covered.
Sprinkle the prato cheese on top and bake in a preheated medium oven for about 30 minutes.
