Lactose-free, gluten-free and sugar-free fit corn cake

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 cans green corn
2 tablespoons oat bran
400 ml coconut milk (2 cartons of 200 ml each)
4 tablespoons baking powder sweetener
1 teaspoon baking powder

Grease 1 silicone pan with coconut oil and sprinkle with oat bran.

Blend the eggs, corn and coconut milk in a blender.

Add the sweetener and oat bran and blend again.

Add the yeast, stir and pour into the greased tin and sprinkle with oat bran.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. The time varies from 45min until 1 hour.
