Potato Rosti

Ingredients

  • 200g English potatoes (2 pieces)
  • Curry, black pepper, fresh rosemary, nutmeg and salt, all to taste
  • 100g Tofu (3 tablespoons)
  • 120g cooked broccoli (5 pieces)
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped leek
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

4) Cover with the last layer of potato, closing the filling
5) Let it brown on one side, then, using a plate, turn the potato over to brown the other side. It will take an average of 3 minutes to brown each side
